The True TUC-93D-2-HC Spec Series® undercounter refrigerator is designed for high-volume commercial kitchens that require flexible, high-capacity cold storage. Featuring a combination of doors and drawers, this unit provides efficient access to both bulk ingredients and frequently used items, improving workflow and organization.

Constructed with a stainless steel exterior and insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane, this refrigerator delivers durability, structural strength, and excellent temperature retention. The cabinet sits on 5" locking stem casters and features a 36" work surface height, making it ideal for undercounter installation.

This unit includes four heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves, adjustable in 1/2" increments with chrome-plated clips for customizable storage. Two drawers provide additional versatility, each accommodating up to two full-size 12" x 20" x 8" food pans (sold separately) or multiple pan configurations using included divider bars.

The high-performance refrigeration system features an extra-large evaporator coil, high-horsepower compressor, and large condenser to maintain consistent temperatures between 33°F and 38°F. The factory-balanced system uses R134A refrigerant and guided airflow to ensure uniform cooling throughout the cabinet.

Designed for efficiency, the system utilizes large fan blades to produce low-velocity, high-volume airflow, enabling fast temperature recovery and short run times. The epoxy-coated evaporator and sealed, self-lubricating fan motor enhance durability and long-term reliability.

To optimize performance, the condensing fan motor automatically reverses for 20 seconds during each cycle to remove dust and debris from the condensing coil. The condensing unit is conveniently located behind the front grille and slides out for easy cleaning and maintenance.

The lockable doors are lined with clear-coated aluminum and feature positive seals to retain cold air. Both doors and drawers are equipped with heavy-duty, all-metal handles, while removable magnetic gaskets simplify cleaning. The doors swing within cabinet dimensions, helping conserve aisle space in tight kitchen layouts.
