The True TSSU-36-15M-B-HC mega top sandwich prep table is built for high-volume food preparation, offering expanded ingredient storage and efficient workflow in commercial kitchens. Its extra-capacity mega top design accommodates more pans than standard units, making it ideal for sandwich shops, salad bars, and busy foodservice operations.

This unit includes (15) sixth-size food pans, each 4" deep, with the flexibility to support 6" deep pans (sold separately) for added capacity. The foam-insulated stainless steel lid and hood help maintain proper food-safe temperatures while protecting ingredients during service.

The full-length 8 7/8" deep removable polyethylene cutting board provides a durable, sanitary workspace for assembling sandwiches and salads. Beneath the prep area, the refrigerated cabinet base offers additional storage and includes four adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves for organizing ingredients and supplies.

Powered by a 1/4 hp refrigeration system, this unit uses eco-friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain consistent temperatures between 33°F and 40°F. Foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation ensures excellent temperature retention and energy efficiency.

Constructed with a stainless steel front, top, sides, and door, along with a corrosion-resistant GalFan-coated steel back, this prep table is designed for durability in demanding environments.
