These pocket styles work exceptionally well with our Hybrid Rod Rack Systems, using the proven 44mm Hybrid Backframe configuration.

To ensure the rack sits straight, secure and properly supported within the pocket, we configure the EVA padding specifically to suit either the round-capped pocket design or square pocket configuration. This allows the system to achieve a clean, stable fit while helping protect the boat finish.

Our modular GunnelCore™ mounting architecture allows racks to sit securely within these pockets while providing adjustable positioning to suit different deck layouts and fishing setups.

The Hybrid system is the most common setup used on Offshore Boats and is commonly configured using the 44mm Hybrid Backframe to suit both round alloy-capped and square-style gunnel storage pockets.

Built around the GunnelCore™ adjustable backframe, the Hybrid rack can be positioned lower within the pocket to improve stability, rod support and accessibility while keeping rods neatly aligned along the gunnel.
