Owl’s Storeroom’s seasoned soy sauce is brewed with time and care. The base is naturally fermented soy sauce, slow-simmered with dried anchovy, shrimp, pollack, shiitake, radish, kelp, Korean herbs, and fruit like apple, pear, and plum. The result? An elegant, sweet-savory depth no artificial flavor can match.

This all-purpose sauce enhances bulgogi, japchae, fish jorim, stir-fried vegetables, and soy sauce pasta with a clean, rich umami. Finely filtered to remove impurities and ensure clarity in both flavor and aroma.
