Bibimbap, a beloved Korean dish, is renowned for its rich flavors and vibrant presentation. The secret to its deliciousness lies in the quality of its ingredients. For  preparations

1. Gently rinse the rice 3-5 times. The first rinse is crucial, so use high-quality or purified water if possible, as the dry rice will absorb it.

2. Add 2 cups of water to a rice cooker or pot along with the dried vegetables. The ideal water-to-rice ratio is 1:1.

3. If using a pot, start cooking on high heat with the lid off. Once it begins to boil, lower the heat and cover the pot with the lid. Cook for 10 minutes.

4. After 10 minutes, turn off the heat and let it steam for an additional 8-10 minutes.

5. Finish by adding sesame oil to the cooked rice and vegetables. Enjoy!

조리 방법 

1. 쌀을 3–5번 부드럽게 씻기
   첫 번째 헹굼물은 쌀이 그대로 흡수하기 때문에, 가능하다면 정수된 물 또는 좋은 생수를 사용하면 맛이 한층 좋아집니다.

2. 물과 쌀 비율 맞추기
   냄비나 전기밥솥에 쌀과 지리산 건 채소를 넣고, **쌀과 물 1:1 비율(약 2컵 물)**로 맞춰줍니다.

3. 냄비 조리 시

• 처음에는 뚜껑을 열고 센 불에서 끓입니다.
  

• 끓기 시작하면 약불로 줄이고 뚜껑을 덮은 뒤 약 10분 정도 더 끓입니다.

4. 뜸 들이기
   10분 후 불을 끄고 8–10분 정도 뚜껑을 덮은 채로 뜸을 들입니다.

5. 마무리
   밥이 충분히 뜸이 들면 참기름을 두르고, 밥과 채소를 고루 섞은 후 그릇에 담습니다.
   마지막으로 기순도 딸기고추장을 올려 비벼 드시면, 집에서도 레스토랑급 비빔밥에 가까운 한 그릇을 즐기실 수 있습니다.
