This six-bottle case of classic English sparkling wine from the Heppington estate shines pale straw gold in the glass, with a fine, delicate mousse. The nose shows subtle toast and white flowers, leading to a soft opening on the palate with elegant lees-aged character, hints of stone fruit, and a persistent finish.

Grapes: Chardonnay 39%, Pinot Noir 46%, Pinot Meunier 15%
ABV: 12.5%
