Aged exclusively in WI for over 10 years, this 95/5 rye is our oldest release ever.
	Finished for 8 months in a WI Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrel before returning to its original barrel for mellowing.
	Grapes! Red wine, grape bubble gum, mature oak, and deep rye character that punctuates the hazmat proof.

We have been working with Yahara Bay Distillers (Madison, Wisconsin) since our opening for business in 2022, but nothing we have released with them compares to the rye whiskey in the bottle. Bottled at an insane (and possibly ill-advised) 146 proof, this 10-year old beast of whiskey underwent the Two Souls Spirits patented (not really) 3-stage aging process: 1) new oak (8 years), 2) a cabernet wine cask (8 months), and finally, 3) a second rest in its original barrel (1+ years). Spicy, grapey, funky, and unapologetically in-your-face-bold, this is a must have for any Two Souls Spirits fan! Cheers!
