The WatchBP Office Vascular is a non-invasive digital blood pressure device that is validated for patients with end-stage renal disease, diabetes, and pregnancy (including pre-eclampsia). The device can screen for the presence of atrial fibrillation and can measure the ankle-brachial index (ABI) during measurements. Testing this index is recommended for diagnosing Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD). The WatchBP Office Vascular has proven to be a fast, easy, and reliable alternative for PAD screening and has been clinically validated when compared against a manual doppler device. In addition to that, the device provides a user-friendly and more reproducible cuff-based brachial-ankle PWV measurement method to evaluate arterial stiffness in clinical practice.
