Purelux Flash Controller Panel (Gen2)

The Purelux Flash Panel Controller Gen2 is a switch panel designed for the Purelux Flash Gen2 series of warning light panels. It allows full control of the lights directly from the vehicle cabin, making operation simple and efficient.

The controller can switch the panel On/Off, change flashing modes, and includes dedicated shortcut buttons for R65-approved modes, Day/Night brightness adjustment, traffic control (left/right arrows), and Cruise mode (steady light).

The controller mirrors the selected operating mode of the warning panel, so the driver can see which mode is active without leaving the vehicle. Once a suitable function is set, the controller’s backlight can be switched off so it doesn’t distract while driving, while the warning light itself remains active. This avoids unnecessary stops and makes operation straightforward in demanding work environments.

Compact and versatile, the Flash Panel Controller Gen2 includes a magnetic back for quick mounting on metal surfaces, as well as a magnetic base plate for permanent installation with screws. The 250 cm power cable ensures compatibility with larger vehicles, while a direct cable connection to the beacon panel provides reliable control of all functions.

Quick Guide

• Connect the switch panel power cable and the cable to the beacon panel separately.
• Match all cable colours between the switch panel and the warning panel.
• Connect red to power (+) and black to ground (–).
• Synchronise the controller and light by connecting the yellow wires together.
• Press and hold the MODE button for ~10 seconds until both the controller and beacon flash in sync.

Wiring colours:

• Red: Power (+)
• Black: Ground (–)
• Yellow: Warning light functions + synchronisation
• Blue: Warning light #1 (R65) / Night mode
• White: Cruise light
• Green: Traffic control left/right (connects to brown wire on beacon panel)
